Kristine Anderson

Kristine Anderson, SPHR, currently serves as an HR Partner at HR Source since December 2021 and volunteers as a Youth Mentor for KIDS HOPE USA. Prior experience includes various roles at Danfoss from June 2004 to December 2021, culminating in the position of HR Director for Total Rewards, along with earlier roles in HR systems, rewards, and generalist functions. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with an emphasis in HR from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with additional qualifications from Rock Valley College.
