Kristin Baier

Kristin Baier, MBA, is a Digital Marketing Manager at LRP Media Group, overseeing social media channels and communication plans for multiple annual conferences since January 2020. Previously, Kristin served as the Director of Marketing & Game Presentation for the Orlando Solar Bears, where responsibilities included creating marketing plans, managing social media, and enhancing fan communication. Kristin's efforts significantly grew the Orlando Solar Bears Instagram following, developed in-game entertainment, and initiated educational programs, such as the Stick to Reading program. Additional experience includes roles as a Marketing Strategist at Dream Factory, Inc. and various internships focused on marketing, public relations, and event planning. Kristin holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
