Rebecca Charland

Rebecca Charland is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Benefits and Leave Administrator at HR Works since April 2022, Rebecca has previously held roles as a Human Resources Generalist at LiDestri Food and Drink, HCR Home Care, and Guardian Industries Corp., where responsibilities included policy development, compensation program administration, and performance evaluation oversight. Additionally, at SUNY Geneseo, Rebecca managed recruitment for faculty and staff, as well as employee FMLA and worker’s compensation leaves. With a Master's degree in Business Administration focused on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Niagara University, Rebecca brings a comprehensive educational foundation to professional practice.
