Taylor Brodell

Taylor Brodell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They recently worked at HR Works as the Director of HR Total Solutions. Before that, they were a Manager of Benefits Administration at the same company. Prior to HR Works, they worked at The Bonadio Group as a Senior HR & Benefits Manager and then as a Human Resources and Benefits Manager. Before that, they worked at the University of Rochester in various roles, including Manager of University Retirement Programs and HR Representative. They also gained experience as a Volunteer Program Assistant at Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Central Florida and as an Accounting Bookkeeper at Collegiate Properties. They started their career at Washington University in St. Louis as a Student Leadership Intern and later became a Resident Advisor.

Taylor Brodell received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis between 2005 and 2009. Following this, Taylor pursued further education and obtained an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) and Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in School Counseling and Guidance from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Later, Taylor attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree between 2013 and 2016.
