Danica Ristić

Danica Ristić is currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at HR World Adria since September 2024. In addition, Danica is the Founder of Zdrava Karijera, an entrepreneurial venture initiated in September 2021. Prior to these roles, Danica accumulated extensive experience at Deel, where responsibilities included acting as Senior People Development Program Manager and initially as an Onboarding Specialist, contributing significantly to the company's growth from 300 to nearly 3000 employees. Danica held the position of Human Resources Manager at Acumenics, managing various HR processes for over 50 employees, and has experience serving as an External Collaborator for HR World Adria, a Team Lead for Human Resources at Kuehne + Nagel, and various roles in content writing. Educational qualifications include a degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade and a Human Resources Management degree from LINK Group, Business Academy in Belgrade.
