Lydia Gaby

Lydia Gaby is a seasoned leader in urban planning and economic development, currently serving as the Board Co-Chair at World Urban Parks and Principal at HR&A Advisors. With extensive experience in managing large-scale projects that emphasize equitable development and community resilience, Lydia has led initiatives such as the Imagine Gainesville Comprehensive Plan and the Rockefeller Foundation Economic Opportunity Initiative. Additionally, Lydia has held roles at PolicyLink as Acting Director of California Strategy and has contributed to research on climate justice and sustainability through various fellowships and collaborations. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University and has participated in educational programs at prestigious institutions.
