Nicole Martin

Nicole Martin has a strong background in human resources and executive leadership. Nicole founded HRBoost, LLC. in 2010, which provides support and solutions for workplace challenges. Nicole also served as CEO Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where they participated in a CEO Peer Group for better decision-making. In addition, they have held various roles at Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, including Board Chair, Advisory Board and Strategic Consulting Partner. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Millennium Electronics, Inc. and Human Resources Manager at Penray Companies, Inc. Nicole has also worked at several other organizations, gaining experience in HR generalist roles and fostering cultural change through acquisitions. Martin is known for their ability to translate business strategy into concrete HR strategy and for their outstanding results in the field.

Nicole Martin's education history includes attending Roosevelt University from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, and Psychology.
