Scott Sharik

Scott Sharik possesses extensive experience in human resources and coaching, currently serving as a Professional and Personal Coach and Trainer at Keep On Excelling, LLC since July 2021, while also functioning as a Human Resources Business Partner at HRBoost, LLC since June 2022. Previously, Scott held several leadership positions within various educational institutions, including Director of Human Resources at Bluffton University and Geneva College, where responsibilities encompassed policy development, employee recruitment, and performance management. Scott’s earlier roles include Director of Administration & Children's Ministry at Christ's Covenant Church and multiple HR director roles at Grace College & Seminary and Grace Village Retirement Community. Scott holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Ministry from Grace College & Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a TESL focus from San Diego State University.
