Carlene Tauro has four years of work experience. Carlene began their career in 2010 as a Shift Supervisor and Barista Trainer at Starbucks. In 2016, they became an Executive Administrative Assistant and Founder at Regen Professional Cleaning, LLC. In 2021, they took on a Human Resources Intern and Team Lead role at Braathe Enterprises. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired as an Executive Recruiter and Assistant Manager at HRCap, Inc., the largest Asian-American executive search firm in the United States.

Carlene Tauro began their educational journey in 2008 when they graduated from Teaneck High School with a High School Diploma. In 2013, they earned a Diploma in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from HoHoKus-Hackensack School of Business and Medical Sciences. From 2017 to 2018, they obtained an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado Technical University. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management at Colorado Technical University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
