David Glassman, PMP

David Glassman, PMP has extensive experience in project management and has held various roles throughout their career. David is currently working as a Project Manager at HRchitect. Prior to this, they were an Innovation Delivery Manager at Digital FastForward, where they managed end-to-end agile project management for digital transformation projects. David also established and maintained stakeholder relationships and ensured the delivery of engagements within scope, timelines, budget, and quality metrics.

Before joining Digital FastForward, David worked at Accenture as a Business & Integration Architecture Associate Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they oversaw and coordinated all phases of business projects, led internal and customer resources, and ensured the successful completion of projects within scope and budget.

David also has experience as a Software Project Leader at Instant Channel, LLC, where they managed all software development activities. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at WorkForce Software, where they successfully delivered client software implementation and integration projects.

Earlier in their career, David launched and operated an IT Consulting and Services business at DMG IT Services, Inc. David also worked as a Principal Engineering Project Manager at TeleCommunication Systems, where they delivered SaaS/Online navigation services and led mobile software and SaaS development projects.

Additionally, David has experience as a Senior Project Manager at Wachovia Corp and as a Senior Project Leader at the Automobile Club of Southern California. David also worked as a Senior Project Manager and QA Manager at UST Global, where they implemented testing strategies and directed quality assurance and project teams.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated their ability to successfully manage projects, establish relationships with stakeholders, and deliver projects within budget and timelines. David has experience in various industries and has a strong understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

David Glassman, PMP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Information Resource Management from San Jose State University from 1986 to 1991. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2004. David also holds the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, earned in April 2012. Most recently, in June 2022, David acquired various additional certifications from LinkedIn and Atlassian, including "Become a High Performer," "Confluence Fundamentals Badge," "Developing Business Acumen," "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," "Influencing Others," "Jira Fundamentals Badge," "Leading without Formal Authority," "Learning Agility," "Professional Networking," "Solving Business Problems," and "Teamwork Foundations." Additionally, they obtained the Smartsheet Product Certified User certification from Smartsheet in February 2020.
