Erica Niesse

Co-Owner and Executive Vice President, Implementation Services at HRchitect

Erica Niesse has a strong background in workforce management and implementation services. Erica started their career at RedPrairie in 2007 as a Senior Consultant, where they played a key role in delivering workforce management and retail supply chain functionality to multiple clients. During their time at RedPrairie, they worked on various projects, including implementing supply chain software for a Fortune 5 petroleum company and leading a workforce management implementation for a Fortune 100 retail client. Erica's responsibilities included defining and documenting business requirements, managing software defects, configuring and delivering time, attendance, forecasting, and pay functionality, and training consultants.

In 2011, Erica joined Ceridian-Dayforce as a Senior Implementation Consultant, focusing on integrating corporate performance objectives into workforce planning and management. Erica contributed to faster deployments, lower costs, and a superior user experience by leveraging the latest generation technologies.

Since 2013, Erica has been with HRchitect, where they initially served as a Senior Implementation Consultant, responsible for all aspects of the implementation process. Erica collaborated with clients, defined requirements, designed solutions, conducted testing, provided mentoring and training, and ensured successful deployments. Over time, Erica progressed within HRchitect and assumed roles such as Director of Workforce Management Consulting Services and Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of Implementation Services. In these roles, they leveraged their expertise to drive the best solutions for customers based on their requirements.

Throughout their career, Erica has consistently demonstrated their ability to deliver results, lead projects, and provide expert consultation in workforce management and implementation services.

Erica Niesse completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Prior to that, their education history includes attending Holy Innocents Episcopal School, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided. In terms of additional certifications, Erica obtained various certifications from different institutions. Erica received the UKG Pro PM Certification and UKG PM Dimensions Certification from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in June 2021 and April 2021, respectively. In August 2020, they obtained the UKG Dimensions PM Certification from UKG. Erica also acquired the Dimensions Timekeeping Accreditation from UKG in October 2019. Prior to their involvement with UKG, they obtained the Workforce Software PM Certification from WorkForce Software in March 2015. In January 2012, they completed the Level 1- Workforce Time Functional Consultant certification from WorkForce Software.
