Monica Plenger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Monica began their career as a Counselor at Laity Lodge Family Camp in 2014. Monica then worked as a Chemical Analyst at Thomson Reuters in 2015. In 2016 and 2017, Monica interned as a Global Operations Intern at PepsiCo. Monica continued their internship at Whole Foods Market as a Programs Intern at the Whole Kids Foundation in 2017, and later transitioned to the role of Programs Specialist at the Whole Cities Foundation in 2018. Monica also worked as an Events Facilitator at The Dallas Arboretum & Botanic Garden in 2019. Monica then joined IBM as a Summit Digital Sales Specialist in the same year. In 2021, Monica joined Enforce Consulting and took on the role of Implementation Analyst, where they gained exposure to the implementation phase of the SDLC using Ceridian Dayforce and successfully completed benefits and onboarding module implementations. In 2022, Monica joined HRchitect as an HCM Implementations Consultant, where they help organizations strategize, select, implement, and support HCM systems.
Monica Plenger pursued their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Business and Food & Society at The University of Texas at Austin from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Plano Senior High School from 2009 to 2013 where they completed their high school education.
