Shivam Goel

Shivam Goel has a work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2020, they started working at Concentrix as a Technical Support Advisor. Later that year, they joined Ceridian as an Application Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues. Shivam also provided one-on-one coaching and training sessions to colleagues.

In 2022, Shivam Goel moved on to HRchitect, where they worked as an Implementation Consultant. Their responsibilities included conducting assessments of clients' current configurations and recommending changes.
