Andre Allen, MBA, GPHR, currently serves as Chief Business Officer and Chairman of the Board at HRCI since January 2018, contributing to various committees. As Owner and Executive Vice President of FifthTheory, LLC, Andre oversees technological and operational strategies. Additionally, Andre holds the position of Board Secretary at the Association of Test Publishers and has previously been an Associate Board Member at the Illinois Technology Foundation. With extensive experience in technology and operations management from roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, Vangent, Pearson Performance Solutions, and Reid Psychological Systems, Andre has a solid background in human capital management, software development, and strategic marketing. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management and Information Technology from Capella University and a certification from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
