Carolyn Moreland has extensive experience in client relations and mental health services, currently serving as a Senior Client Relations Advocate at the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) since December 1999. In this role, Carolyn has also held positions as Client Relations, Recertification Lead, and Recertification Specialist, demonstrating a strong focus on client support and certification processes. Prior to HRCI, Carolyn worked as a Merchandising Rep at Roger's American from September 1996 to May 1998. Additionally, from 1990 to 1996, Carolyn was a Mental Health Technician I and II at PEMHS/Personal Enrichment through Mental Health Services/Pinellas Emergency Mental Health Services, providing essential support in mental health care.
