Lauren Curran

Lauren Curran serves as the Certification Program Manager at HRCI since October 2022, overseeing the integrity and quality of certification programs and managing the exam development process. Prior experience includes an Analyst role at Morgan Stanley, where Lauren developed training materials and e-learning courses, and an Instructional Designer position at AllenComm, focused on creating online learning solutions. Earlier career roles include Content Specialist II at Measured Progress and Social Science Assessment Specialist II at ETS, where responsibilities involved test development and project management. Lauren holds an M.Ed. in Social Studies Education from Rutgers University and a BA in History from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
