Solehah Binti Amin Hussaini has extensive experience in human resource development and management, currently serving as Head of Customer Insights & Intelligence at HRD Corp since January 2018. Solehah also held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Relations Management and Head of Initiatives Development Unit, where responsibilities encompassed delivering training initiatives, ensuring industry-relevant training courses, and facilitating collaborations with training providers and stakeholders. Previous roles include freelance artist, personal assistant, marketing consultant, and customer service executive, showcasing a diverse background in administration, marketing, and client relations.
