Brian Koenitzer, CHA, CEC, currently serves as the General Manager at Atrium Hospitality, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Brian was the General Manager at Remington Hotels from March 2014 to March 2022, where involvement in the GM Council occurred from 2019 to 2021 and achievement of the President's Club was noted. Brian's extensive experience includes roles such as Assistant General Manager and GMIT at Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas, with responsibilities overseeing multiple dining outlets, and General Manager at Ristorante Nicola, managing a fine dining establishment. Additionally, Brian held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at il Lugano Hotel and was the Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef at Westin Hotels & Resorts, where dual responsibilities in management and culinary leadership were undertaken. Brian's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from California Culinary Academy, alongside a high school diploma from Mt Carmel High School and studies at Palomar College.
