Kirsten Vaselaar

Kirsten Vaselaar is a seasoned professional in real estate and development, currently serving as Senior Vice President at HRI Hospitality since August 2006. Throughout this tenure, Kirsten has successfully led multiple adaptive reuse projects, including notable hotels such as The Eliza Jane in New Orleans and Holston House in Nashville, as well as significant developments like the Embassy Suites in Minneapolis. Prior experience includes roles as Development Project Manager for mixed-use and affordable housing projects in New Orleans and financial analysis at Ball State University and Apache Corporation. Kirsten holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Accounting from Trinity University, an MS in Historic Preservation from Ball State University, and a Professional Development Program certification in Real Estate and Hotel Investment from Cornell University.
