Melissa Ardoin

Melissa Ardoin joined HRI Management 18 years ago and is a highly respected regional manager. Her passion and ability to deliver objectives have been key to the expansion of her responsibilities, which includes overseeing a portfolio of eight projects and four cities in the southern region. In addition, her extensive experience in tax credit and affordable housing programs quickly earned her promotion as a compliance supervisor, in which she served at HRI for several years in addition to her management roles.

Melissa’s commitment to go above and beyond to the community is evidenced by the 10 years she served on numerous governing boards throughout the state of Louisiana. She currently serves as president of the Apartment Association for Louisiana and was past president of the Houma/Thibodeaux Apartment Association. Melissa attended Southern University and Northeastern State University and holds a CAM designation from the National Apartment Association and her HCCP designation in affordable housing.
