Pauline Morgan

With an extensive 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Pauline Morgan provides excellent oversight support to the entire HRI Management residential portfolio, bringing widespread industry experience to the team. In addition to her experience in real estate sales, residential lending, and property portfolio management, Pauline is a certified occupancy specialist and certified manager of housing.

During her past tenure with HRIM, Pauline served as a systems trainer, property manager, regional supervisor, and operations director. Prior to joining HRIM, she spent 10 years with Pelican Homestead as a property manager. She has supported and participated in numerous industry functions.
