Kevin Stoehr

Kevin Stoehr currently serves as Vice-President of Operations at HRI, Inc., a Colas Company, overseeing the Heavy Civil Highway Construction, HMA Manufacturing, and Environmental Utilities Divisions since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Director of Construction Operations at Barrett Industries from February 2022 to October 2024 and served as General Manager at Capriati Construction, managing strategic and operational efforts across the Western United States. Kevin's extensive background also includes significant leadership roles at Aggregate Industries, where responsibilities spanned multiple states and various sectors within the construction industry, alongside an initial career launch as a Data Systems Technician in the US Navy from 1988 to 1992. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and attended Penn State University, contributing to a well-rounded expertise in the field.
