Prachi Patwardhan Joshi

Prachi Patwardhan Joshi is an experienced HR professional and founder of HRipple Solutions, established in July 2013, which provides comprehensive HR support to small and mid-sized firms, organizations with established HR teams, and multinational companies operating in India. The firm specializes in a range of HR consulting services, including job description creation, HR policy formulation, payroll management, and various employee engagement strategies. Prior to founding HRipple Solutions, Prachi served as an HR Consultant at LeSutra Hospitality Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included setting up the HR function and developing HR policies, and as Divisional Head of Human Resources at Reliance MediaWorks Ltd, managing recruitment, manpower planning, and performance management. Prachi holds an MBA in Human Resources from IES Management Institute and a Bachelor of Management Studies from M. L. Dahanukar College.
