Katarzyna Radgowska has extensive experience in human resource management and recruitment, currently serving as a Team Manager and Team Leader in Engineering and Manufacturing at HRK S.A. since June 2014. Prior roles include IT Recruiter at G-Force Recruitment Solutions, Recruitment Consultant in Engineering/Technology/Production at Data Bank of Engineers, and various consultant positions at Cabinet Michel and GIP Consulting. Katarzyna began their career as a Project Assistant and holds an Engineer's degree in Engineering from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, complemented by studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
