Ehsan Sourtiji

Ehsan Sourtiji has worked as a Microelectronic Advanced Packaging Engineer at HRL Laboratories, LLC since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida from January 2016 to December 2021, where they focused on thermal management, electronics cooling, and data acquisition using computational fluid dynamics simulation. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at Cornell University from January 2017 to December 2018, where they specialized in designing micro-fabrication processes and micro devices.

Ehsan Sourtiji pursued their education at the University of Central Florida from 2016 to 2021. During this period, they successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
