George Rapacki

George Rapacki has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. George started their career at Lockheed Martin in 1977 as a Senior Operations Research Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for verifying the performance of a system installation consisting of UNIX and Windows NT workstations connected by a FDDI network. George also translated performance requirements into specific tests, analyzed results, and evaluated them against requirements.

In 2004, George worked as an intern at the California Court of Appeal, 2nd District. During this time, they drafted opinion memos to assist senior research attorneys in deciding whether to grant or deny writs. George researched various legal issues, including trade secret violations, personal jurisdiction, and damages claims in unfair business practices suits.

Since 2007, George has been working at HRL Laboratories as a Patent Counsel. George supervises outside law firms and patent attorneys, manages budgets, and assigns disclosures. George'sresponsibilities also include overseeing patent-related tasks and ensuring effective collaboration with external resources.

George Rapacki obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University in 1976.
