Joe Tucker, PhD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Joe most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at HRM Enterprises, Inc. Prior to that, they held the same position at Coastal Pet Products, Inc. where they were responsible for various HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation. Joe also worked as the Director of HR/Organizational Development at OMNOVA Solutions Inc., where they led talent acquisition and development, performance management, and succession planning. Joe started their career as the Corporate Manager of Organizational Development at GrafTech International Ltd., where they created and implemented strategic philosophies throughout the organization. Before that, they were the Manager of HR at LTV Steel and the Divisional Human Resource Manager at Swagelok Company. Joe Tucker brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in HR and organizational development to their roles.
Joe Tucker, PhD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University (2006-2009). Joe also has a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Ashland University (1996-1998) and a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Akron (1988-1992). Additionally, Joe has obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid, 5 Voices & 100X, Assessment, SHRM-SCP, and SPHR.
