Kevin McGrath is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin since May 2014. Prior roles include Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at the same firm, as well as Law Clerk Extern for the Hon. Thomas L. Ambro at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Kevin contributed to the Villanova Law Review as an Associate Editor and Staff Writer while pursuing a Juris Doctor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, which was completed in 2015. Earlier experience includes teaching English and United States History as part of Teach for America and an internship in constituent services with Senator Arlen Specter. Kevin is currently enrolled in a Master of Laws program in Tax Law at Villanova University. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
