Todd Siefert

Todd Siefert is an experienced finance executive currently serving as a Partner at HRP Residential since April 2023, specializing in Class A multi-family development in the Southeastern United States. Prior to this role, Siefert held significant positions at Ryman Hospitality Properties from October 2012 to April 2023, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance & Treasurer, where responsibilities encompassed treasury, capital markets, investor relations, and financial planning for the publicly traded hospitality REIT.
