Joshua Redden

Joshua Redden, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and information systems. As a Partner and Co-Founder at HRS Financing Technologies, LLC since October 2017 and a Partner at Mobility Financial Management, LLC since March 2021, Joshua has been integral in the development of financing solutions. Previously, as the Director of Treasury Systems at Hertz from October 2015 to October 2017, Joshua was responsible for the design and enhancement of an asset-backed security financing reporting platform managing over $10 billion in collateral. Joshua also served as a Database Consultant at Teradata, where a flexible reporting system significantly improved transparency and quality across North America and Australia. Early experience includes an internship at Kroger focused on statistical analysis in manufacturing. Joshua holds an MBA in Finance from Miami University and a BS in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
