Panagiotis Aggelopoulos (Takis)

Takis Aggelopoulos has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Panagiotis (Takis) is currently the Chief Technology Officer at HRS Group, where they oversee the domains of procuretech, traveltech, and fintech. Their role involves shaping the trajectory of the company's SaaS technological platforms and delivering groundbreaking solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Profile Software. Panagiotis (Takis) also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at EURONEXT CENTEVO. Befo their work with HRS Group, Aggelopoulos co-founded and was the Managing Partner of Aeolus Evo, a boutique consulting firm focused on business strategy, digital transformation, and data analytics across industries. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Atos, Unify, Siemens, and HP, where they gained expertise in areas such as cloud services, operations, software products delivery, and network engineering.

Panagiotis (Takis) Aggelopoulos has an education history in the field of engineering and communication systems. Panagiotis (Takis) completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering at the University of Portsmouth from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Communication Systems Engineering at the same university, graduating in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Panagiotis has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Panagiotis (Takis) completed a course in Machine Learning offered by Stanford University in October 2020. Panagiotis (Takis) also obtained certifications in Industrial IoT on Google Cloud Platform (by Google Cloud Training) in August 2020, Machine Learning for Business Professionals (by Google Cloud Training) in April 2020, and Artificial Intelligence for Business from Udemy in November 2019.

Furthermore, Panagiotis has pursued professional development in Renewable Energy Systems Technology, obtaining a certification from Loughborough University in December 2015. Panagiotis (Takis) is also a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET), which they obtained in September 2009.
