Artem Ponomarenko

Artem Ponomarenko has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Head of the IT department at HRS since March 2020. Prior to this role, Artem worked as an external consultant from August 2019 to February 2020, where responsibilities included auditing IT infrastructure and managing project communication. From November 2014 to August 2019, Artem held the position of IT Service Delivery Manager at TIGRE DE CRISTAL, where significant achievements included managing 24/7 technical support, implementing incident and change management processes, and overseeing IT budget control. Earlier experiences include roles as IT Project Manager and Technical Project Lead, as well as positions in system administration, showcasing a strong background in IT management, technical support, and project implementation across various organizations.
