Zaur Shafiyev

Zaur Shafiyev has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and retail systems sector, currently serving as Supervisor Support Service POS at HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems since July 2011. Zaur has held various roles, including Support Team Lead and Senior Micros Specialist, focusing on the implementation and integration of POS systems, project management, and technical support. Key competencies include system installation and configuration, helpdesk services, and comprehensive training for hotel staff in various disciplines. Prior to this, Zaur worked as an IT System Administrator for the Grand Gusto Group, which encompasses diverse restaurant business ventures. Zaur holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Khazar University.
