Behnam Kholghi

Behnam Kholghi has held a variety of roles in the engineering and sales fields since 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they were a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at MAPNA Boiler Engineering and Manufacturing Co. During this time, they were responsible for engineering and design of mechanical equipment for 150MW~220MW Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG Boilers), 130MW Auxiliary boilers and Combined Heat and Power units (CHP Boilers). Behnam was also responsible for localizing the design and manufacturing of grid type duct burners for Heat Recovery Steam Generators. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Mechanical Design Engineer at Hamon Deltak, Inc., A Subsidiary of Hamon Corporation. During this time, they were responsible for designing equipment consistent with company standards to meet customer requirements. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at INNOVA Global as an Applications Engineer. During this time, they were responsible for managing and promoting the sale of all equipment as well as customer and project identification, coordination of proposal activities, project tracking, development of technical solutions, project cost estimates, proposal creation and on-time delivery, risk assessment and customer technical and commercial negotiations. Since 2018, they have been working at HRST, Inc., where they have held the roles of Sales Manager, Midwest Regional Manager, and Systems Engineer (Mechanical Engineer). As a Systems Engineer (Mechanical Engineer), they have been the front line contact with the customer from the proposal stage through project completion with effective communication, strong analytic skills balanced with practical experience and a strong commitment to developing better processes. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to performing on-site inspections of power plant HRSGs and boilers and providing customers with practical recommendations which increase reliability and efficiency, as well as performing engineering analysis projects including performance analysis, failure analysis, risk assessment, and other similar studies.

Behnam Kholghi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Azad University (IAU) between 2003 and 2008.
