Darragh Lucas

Darragh Lucas is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer currently working at HRUC since November 2020, where responsibilities include handling technical escalations within a restructured in-house team. Prior to this role, Darragh served as a Senior Network Engineer at Uxbridge College and as a Senior Technical Service Engineer at Soft Egg Ltd, providing comprehensive IT support to various educational institutions. Darragh's background also includes IT support positions at Getronics and Wyevale Garden Centres, where contributions involved enhancing IT services and managing support for numerous retail locations. Darragh began a career in IT as an IT Technician at Hatch End High School and previously held a management position as a Copy Center Specialist at Staples. Darragh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Kingston University.
