Karen Elliott McIpd

Karen Elliott MCIPD is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of People & Organisation Development at HRUC since April 2022, previously held roles include Director of Human Resources at Uxbridge College and HR Manager at Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent. Karen's earlier positions encompass HR transition management, HR generalist functions, and head of HR roles, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the HR field since starting as an Administration Manager at Sainsbury's in 1989.
