Ana Pauzar is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Agile Transformation Director and holding various other leadership roles at Hrvatski Telekom since January 2010. With a strong background in product management, Ana has also worked as a Product Experience Management Director, Director of Online Department, Head of Product Enablers and New Business, and Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at T-Mobile and a Specialist for Data Network at Optima Telekom. Ana is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer and Information Sciences at FER and has earned multiple professional certificates in Digital Transformation and Innovation from Stanford University. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Strategy and Corporate Governance and another in Telecommunication and Informatics from the University of Zagreb.
