Heather Lipana

Heather Lipana serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development at H&S Energy Group, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Previously, Heather held the title of Vice President of Human Resources Organization Development at the Andretti Group, along with the role of Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development. Additionally, Heather worked as the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at Lithia Motors, Inc., and served as a Professional Cyclist for Trek/Raley's. Earlier in the career, Heather was a Senior Executive Recruiter at Retail Search Group, a PrincetonOne Company. Heather Lipana earned a degree from Southern Oregon University, completing studies between 1999 and 2005.
