Kathryn Kosey

Kathryn Kosey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kathryn started their career at Bowling Green State University, where they worked as a School of Art Webmaster and was responsible for maintaining the university's website and implementing change requests. During their time there, Kathryn also assisted in database change testing and remediation.

After their tenure at the university, Kathryn joined Boost Technologies, LLC as an Applications Developer. In this role, they developed and maintained Coldfusion server applications and Microsoft SQL Server, utilizing various technologies such as XML, API, and SFTP. Kathryn also handled data transformation processes and administration of server IIS configurations and CF Administrator settings.

In 2016, Kathryn worked as a freelancer before joining CBTS as an Application Developer II. At CBTS, they provided remote consulting for HealthSpace Data Systems (now HS GovTech Solutions). Kathryn collaborated on the development and maintenance of a cloud-based suite of applications, using AWS technologies, Coldfusion, Microsoft SQL Server, NodeJS, MongoDB, and the Ionic mobile app framework. Kathryn also led a team of developers focused on this suite and managed AWS server configurations.

Since 2018, Kathryn has been with HS GovTech Solutions Inc., where they have held various roles. Kathryn initially served as a Senior Software Engineer before taking on the position of Head of Client Solutions. Currently, they hold the role of Principal Engineer, contributing their expertise and skills to the company.

Kathryn Kosey obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Digital Arts and Computer Science from Bowling Green State University. Kathryn attended the university from 2005 to 2009.
