Kelly Watts

Kelly Watts is an experienced project manager currently working at HS GovTech Solutions Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Kelly served as the Director of the Charlotte Chapter for Speedway Children's Charities from March 2020 to October 2021, overseeing operations, fundraising, community engagement, and program management. Prior to that, Kelly held the position of Manager of Business Development at Speedway Motorsports, Inc. from July 2015 to March 2020, focusing on company-wide best practices and customer retention.
