Harjit Sahota Chartered McIpd

Harjit Sahota Chartered MCIPD, FCILT is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at HS1 Ltd since January 2025, Harjit has previously held the position of HR Director at Tower Transit Group from January 2018 to December 2024. Prior to that, Harjit was the Head of HR at both Metroline Travel and CityFleet Business, as well as an HR Advisor at Tube Lines from January 2006 to September 2011. Harjit holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management from the University of East London and a BA Hons in Psychology & Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
