Alyssa Farrar

Alyssa Farrar has a diverse background in human resources and management. Alyssa started their career as Staffing & Personnel Director at Prom Management Group, where they recruited volunteers for major sporting events. Alyssa then moved on to Bradley Center as Manager of Suite Services before joining Target in 2007. At Target, they held various positions, including Executive Team Lead, where they led operational improvements, talent management, and cultural transformation. In 2018, Alyssa became the Vice President of HR Business Partner at HSA Bank.

Alyssa Farrar obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with focuses in Training & Development and Human Resources, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1998. In 1996, they also studied General Studies at the University of Wisconsin - Scotland. Currently, they are preparing for the PHR exam.
