Daleen Fitzgerald

Daleen Fitzgerald has over two decades of experience in IT service delivery and management. Daleen has held leadership roles at companies such as HSA Bank, Direct Supply, Kohl's Department Stores, Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company, Metavante Corporation, eFund, CheckFree, and SmartPay. Their responsibilities have included setting up Service Management programs, managing ITSM tools, implementing ITIL best practices, and leading support teams.

Daleen Fitzgerald attended East High School from 1981 to 1985. Later, in 1988, they enrolled at the University of Northern Iowa. Daleen returned to the University of Northern Iowa in 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Studies (BLS) degree in Business Management/Liberal Arts in 2014. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications such as ITIL v3 in 2012, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in 2020, and multiple Agile-related certificates from institutions like edX and the University of Maryland in 2021.
