Rob Bañuelos

Rob Bañuelos serves as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Sales at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., since June 2019, leading a sales team to enhance revenue and drive account growth within consumer-directed healthcare. Bañuelos has previously held significant roles, including Senior Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, overseeing institutional sales and client relations for health benefit solutions, and Vice President at CVS Caremark Corporation, managing consumer-directed healthcare products and services across the Southeast region. Additionally, Bañuelos contributes to Purple Heart Homes, Inc. as a board member and has a military background as a Chief Petty Officer Diver in the U.S. Navy. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Stonehill College.
