Roy Ramthun

Roy Ramthun is the Founder & President of HSA Consulting Services, LLC, specializing in Health Savings Accounts and consumer-driven health care. Prior to this, Roy served as the Senior Director at West Health and as a Board Member for the UNC School of Public Health Foundation. He also held roles at the Council for Affordable Health Insurance, The White House, U.S. Department of the Treasury, Humana Inc., and U.S. Senate Finance Committee. Roy holds a MSPH in Public Health, Health Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies and Biochemistry from the University of Michigan.
