Thomas Karlsson

Thomas Karlsson is an experienced professional with a long-standing career in cooperative housing and real estate management. Since 2003, Thomas has held the position of Stabschef at HSB Stockholm, a member-owned organization focused on housing savings, construction, and management. In addition, Thomas has served as a Hyresnämndsledamot at Hyresnämnden since 2004 and has held various roles at HSB since 1986, including positions in housing cooperative boards and as an ombudsman. Previous roles include a board member at Järfällahus in 2014, a political secretary for Järfälla kommun, and an ombudsman with Hyresgästföreningen and SSU.
