Ben Eason

Ben Eason has extensive work experience in the financial industry, holding various roles at HSBC, Barclays, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Ben is currently the Head of Legal Change and Innovation at HSBC since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Barclays in multiple roles such as Director - Head of Legal Change, Director - Operations Business Management, and Managing Director - Head of Legal Transformation. Ben also had roles at Barclays Investment Bank, where they served as Director - FX & Commodities Post Trade Services and Vice President - Change Management / Re-Engineering. In their early career, Ben worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and held the position of Vice President, where they worked in different departments and projects, including fund accounting, derivative processing, FX operations, and regulatory response programs.

Ben Eason received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
