Brent Clickard, PhD has over 15 years of work experience spanning various roles in data science, analytics, and consulting. Brent currently holds the position of Global Head of Growth Analytics and Head of Data Science at HSBC, where they are responsible for driving growth and leading the data science team. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Customer Value Analytics and Director of Data Science at HSBC. Before joining HSBC, Brent worked as a Lead Data Scientist and Associate Director of Data Science at the same company. Brent also co-founded Genus AI and served as the Head of Product. Additionally, they have held positions as a Director at Psyn Consulting, a Lead Data Scientist at The Chemistry Group, and a Data Science Consultant and Computational Psychologist in the political consulting field. Brent started their career as a Dancer at the Los Angeles Ballet and worked as a Performance Talent at The Walt Disney Company. With a diverse range of experiences, Brent brings a strong background in data science, analytics, and leadership to their current role at HSBC.

Brent Clickard, PhD, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from the same institution in 2010-2011. For their undergraduate education, Brent completed a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetorical Studies and Applied Communication Theory at Loyola Marymount University from 2007 to 2009.
