Joe Dowling

Joe Dowling has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, with a focus on digital transformation and program management. Joe most recently worked at HSBC as the Head of Digital Business Banking, and prior to that, they served as the Digital Transformation Lead. Before joining HSBC, Joe was a Senior Manager at Accenture UK, where they worked from 2010 to 2016. Joe also has experience at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held roles such as Operational Delivery Lead for the FATCA Transformation Programme and Programme Manager for Global Payments. Joe began their career at Zurich Financial Services as a Senior Project Manager.

Joe Dowling attended Lancaster University from 2000 to 2004 where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management.
