Gareth Vance is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in asset liability management, treasury, and liquidity management across several prestigious firms. Currently serving as the Interim Head of ALM | Treasury at HSBC Innovation Banking, Gareth leads a treasury transformation project and has developed key forecasting tools for IRRBB. As the Founder and Director of Moneta Training, Gareth provides bespoke education solutions utilizing industry expertise. Previous roles include Subject Matter Expert positions at SVB and HSBC, Global Head of Corporate Liabilities Portfolio at Barclays Corporate Banking, and Director of the Risk Solutions Group at Barclays Investment Bank. Gareth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Economics from Queen's University Belfast.
